K. Susie Himebaugh, MD

FACOG / OB GYN

Dr. Himebaugh is deeply passionate about Women’s Health and devoted to nurturing women through every stage of life. She believes that women are often their own toughest critics and emphasizes the importance of caring for our own well-being so we can better care for those around us. Her mission has always been to improve the overall health and quality of life of her patients, and she feels honored to share in the joyful and difficult moments of their journeys.

She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee Center for the Health Sciences in Memphis, where she also completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She then pursued a fellowship in Women’s Primary Healthcare at UCLA, an experience that expanded her ability to provide truly comprehensive care.

Dr. Himebaugh spent seven years in academic medicine, balancing teaching, research, and clinical responsibilities before transitioning into private practice. During this time, she recognized the need for more individualized hormone replacement options and trained in the Sottopelle method of bioidentical hormone therapy. Since 2005, she has successfully treated patients using this and other hormone replacement methods.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Himebaugh is married to Sonny and is the proud mother of two grown children and two beloved fur babies. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, fly fishing, and finding meaningful ways to feed her soul.
